# Integrate Cal ID with HubSpot CRM

> Connect Cal ID to HubSpot CRM so every booking logs a meeting and creates or updates the matching contact record automatically.

Connecting Cal ID with HubSpot CRM automatically logs appointments and creates contacts in real time, keeping your pipeline current without manual updates. Once the integration is active, every booking made through a mapped event type shows up in HubSpot as a meeting attached to the right contact.

## Install HubSpot CRM in Cal ID

    Locate **HubSpot CRM** in the App Store.

    Click **Install App**.

  <Step title="Choose the destination account">
    Pick where the app is installed — a specific **Team** or your **Personal** profile.

## Authorize and map event types

    You're redirected to the HubSpot login. Sign in with your CRM credentials.

  <Step title="Grant permissions">
    Approve the requested permissions so Cal ID can sync activities to HubSpot.

  <Step title="Map your event types">
    Choose which event types to track now, or select **configure later**. To turn it on afterwards, open an event's **Apps** tab and toggle HubSpot on.

## How data syncs

Every booking through an active event type sends its details to HubSpot.

| Booker           | What happens in HubSpot                                                         |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Existing contact | The meeting record is attached to the matching contact.                         |
| New contact      | A brand-new contact record is created, found on your HubSpot **Contacts** page. |

## Find your meetings in HubSpot

In HubSpot, open **CRM → Meetings** to see upcoming and past appointments.

Click a meeting to see the booker's contact info, the meeting link, and answers to your custom booking questions.

<Tip>
  Use the same email address on Cal ID and HubSpot for each team member, so HubSpot assigns the correct meeting owner.
</Tip>
