Meeting limit — daily cap across all event types

Set a max number of meetings per day across all event types rather than only per event type. The team cannot limit a call type to only 1 but also needs to ensure they are not overburdened by 10+ meetings, so we require a cap per day overall that supersedes the individual call-type limit.

Hi Stefanie,
Thanks for sharing this idea with us. We’re happy to let you know that this feature has now been implemented in Cal ID.
You can now set a maximum number of meetings per day across all event types, allowing you to control your overall daily workload instead of setting limits separately for each event type.
To use it, go to Settings → General → Booking Limits and enable the Booking Limits option. Then, set the desired number of bookings and select Per day.
Once the limit is reached, no additional meetings can be booked for that day, regardless of the event type.
This daily limit works as an overall cap and helps prevent your team from being overbooked with too many meetings.
