Many businesses use WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) platforms (e.g. Wati, AiSensy) as their primary channel. Linking a WhatsApp Business API number would unlock automation: instant notifications when a meeting is booked, notify when a meeting starts/ends, share confirmations/reminders/follow-ups, and reduce no-shows. WhatsApp's higher open/response rates would greatly enhance the experience.
