Koalender is easy to set up and customize. I'm able to set up multiple appointment types geared to different audiences. I love the Google Meet integration. The best part is that I no longer have to go back and forth when scheduling meetings. I just send a link to the appropriate Koalender event and invite the other person to choose a day and time that works for them. Koalender automatically prevents me from over-booking my calendar!

I have used YouCanBookMe for almost two years now. Other than the comment in the "Cons" section, I have not had any issue at all with this software. Almost every person I have interviewed has stated how nice it was to use that system (almost 400 interviews in the last two years). There are other schedulers out there...but I'm staying with this system.
