I love Cal ID for its numerous customization options, which are much more significant than those of Calendly. The team pricing is also more appealing. The round robin feature is a major asset, allowing an external partner to book slots based on the availability of multiple people.

Been looking for a Calendly substitute for a while… Cal ID seems like a great choice.

Cal ID vs Calendly FAQs

Common questions about switching from Calendly to Cal ID.

01 Is Cal ID a free Calendly alternative?

Yes. Cal ID's free plan gives you unlimited event types and bookings, workflows, and calendar sync, where Calendly's free plan allows just one event type. Round-robin and team scheduling are on Business at $5/user/mo billed annually, against $16 per seat on Calendly's Teams plan on the same annual billing.

02 Does Cal ID cost anything for teams?

Yes. Team scheduling is on the Business plan at $5/user/mo billed annually, or $10 monthly. There is no separate Teams tier, so round-robin, collective, and managed scheduling all come at that one price. Calendly puts the same features on its Teams plan at $16 per seat billed annually, or $20 monthly.

03 Does Cal ID support round-robin like Calendly?

Yes, and it is included rather than reserved for paid tiers. Cal ID distributes bookings across your team automatically.

04 Can I import my Calendly setup into Cal ID?

Yes. Connect your Calendly account and Cal ID imports your event types and settings in one click.

05 Can Calendly let clients book multiple appointments at once?

Not natively. Calendly's community moderators have said there is no way for an invitee to book multiple appointments at a time, and the usual workaround is sending invitees back to the booking page to book again. Cal ID's multi-slot booking lets clients pick several times, fill in the form once and pay once, on the Business and Enterprise plans.
