Stuck on something? Here’s the fastest way to get an answer with Cal ID.

Ask the AI assistant first

The quickest way to get help is the built-in AI assistant at the top of any page. It answers instantly using this entire help center — onboarding, event types, availability, teams, integrations, and the developer API — and links to the exact pages it used.
1

Open the assistant

Click Ask Assistant in the top bar, or press K (Ctrl K on Windows).
2

Ask in plain language

Type your question the way you’d say it — for example, “How do I add a buffer between meetings?” or “How do I connect Google Calendar?”

Talk to a human

If the assistant can’t resolve your question, you can reach a real person — Cal ID offers live chat with the support team. When the assistant offers to connect you, click Talk to a human to open a live chat right away. Talk to a human Prefer email? Reach the team any time at support@cal.id and we’ll be happy to help.

Suggest something new

If Cal ID doesn’t do the thing you need yet, that’s not a support question — it’s a feature request. See How to request a feature to submit it from your dashboard or post it publicly on the Cal ID roadmap, where the team and other users can see and vote on it.
Live chat is the fastest way to reach a person. Email works too — we typically reply within one business day.
