Forgot your Cal ID password or can’t log in? You can recover your account from the login page with a reset link sent to your email.
This page covers recovery when you are signed out. If you are already signed in and want to change or create a password, see Managing Your Cal ID Account Password.

Go to the login page

Open the Cal ID login page.

Click Forgot password

Click Forgot password below the email and password fields.

Enter your email

On the Account Recovery screen, enter the email tied to your Cal ID account.

Send the email

Click Send reset email below the email field.

Finish the reset

An Email sent confirmation appears, and a recovery link goes to your inbox.

Knowing the reset link is on its way

Open the email from Cal ID and click Change Password to set a new one. You can then return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the same address you use to sign in to Cal ID.
