Cal ID lets you break a regular schedule day into multiple slots, so you can easily take time out of the calendar for consistent events like lunch breaks, coffee breaks, or recreational breaks. You can open specific slots for specific days, copy those slots to other days, or open completely different slots on different days. It’s your Cal ID, your choice.

Open a schedule

Go to Availability and open the schedule you want to adjust.

Add another slot to a day

Click the ”+” icon next to a day to add a second time slot, leaving a gap between slots for the break you want to protect.

Reuse or vary slots across days

Copy the slots to other days to keep your week consistent, or open different slots on different days.
